Books with a life
beyond the page.
BurrowsHallow Press is developing a selective list of literary and educational work for readers across borders.
What we publish
Our program encompasses original novels and other fiction, poetry, literary nonfiction, translation, and selected educational materials. We are especially interested in writing that invites sustained attention and opens a conversation between cultures.
Original literature
Books whose voices and forms deserve careful editorial attention and a lasting place on a reader’s shelf.
Translation
We want to build pathways between languages, with particular room for Chinese and English language literature in our longer publishing vision.
Educational works
Selected materials that make knowledge and literary traditions accessible to new readers.
Our catalog is in development. We will publish book and author pages as titles are announced.
